Three of the four days of the Annual Meeting feature social events in the evening that allow attendees to meet and relax with old friends and new colleagues in an informal atmosphere that is hard to find outside of the Annual Meeting. The evening of Day 1 features the New Members reception, YP Members Reception, Opening Reception, and the popular official Afterparty following the Opening Reception. 

The evening and late-night hours of Day 3 are set aside for the highly-popular YP Social Mixer, and honestly, it would not be an Annual Meeting without the Closing Dinner and Entertainment on Day 4. Along with the special sessions and learning labs, the social events are listed in the Annual Meeting Agenda and on the Schedule-at-a-Glance, so be sure to note the times and locations as you plan your itinerary and business meetings.
