Our conference hotel, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is a beautiful place to meet, network, dine, entertain guests, and relax at the end of each day. With two pools, a desert-themed spa, and 26 unique dining and drinking establishments, you may never want to leave the building. You won’t find any shows or concerts at the Cosmopolitan during the Annual Meeting, however, so be sure to search for your favorite artists and acts while making your plans.

The expo hall, which is formally known as The Hub, will feature Grab & Go Food throughout expo hall hours rather than set meal times. This always-available food and beverage setup has proven popular at the Annual Meeting, allowing attendees to fit meals into their schedules to help with jet lag and allow flexibility when last-minute meetings pop up.

Throughout the Hub and the foyer, you will find touchscreen kiosks to help you find your way to meeting points, breakout sessions, learning labs, and guest services. Charging stations and hand sanitizer stations will be available there along with a daily boba tea and the Viva Las Vegas Pop-up Shop, and wi-fi will be available throughout the hotel.
