IAM Core Members Meeting: AI—What’s in it for me?

Technology is a central focus at the IAM Annual Meeting & Expo, with the Core Members Management Board (CMMB) at the helm, driving the conversation on its impact and potential for the moving industry. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet them yet, now is your chance. Led by Chair, Catherina Stier, Harsch, The Art of Moving Forward, the CMMB is composed of your regional representatives, including the Core Members Representative and the Core Members Representative-at-Large, who serve on the IAM Executive Committee. These volunteer leaders serve as the channel of communication between IAM and its members, effectively conveying regional perspectives and addressing member needs on a global scale.


Recognizing the impact that technology has on the moving industry, the CMMB has crafted a session tailored to all levels of expertise. Participants can choose from two groups, ensuring there is something for everyone:

  • AI Simplified: A Beginner’s Guide 

  • AI Advanced: For Competitive Advantage

As one of the most diverse volunteer groups within the IAM membership, this council is focused on leadership topics that encourage organizations to think outside the box and leverage the skill sets their employees offer.
