The 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo will be held at the spacious, modern Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Attendees who room at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre hotel will have direct access to the Convention Centre via walking bridge, while the other hotels are located within easy walking distance.

When we have held the Annual Meeting at convention centers in the past, some attendees told us in the post-conference survey that they had to spend a lot of time traveling from one business meeting to another, and that sometimes locations got confused between hotels and the convention center. We have been listening, and have taken steps to help avoid delays and confusion.

The expo hall, which we are calling The Hub, is much larger than in the past. Close to the entrance you will find the It’s Five O’clock Somewhere Bar, which serves coffee, tea, and other refreshments whenever the Hub is open. Three designated Meeting Points (A, B and C) are located in the bar area, where you can plan to meet clients and business partners, and avail yourself of seating areas in the meeting point lounges and spread throughout the expo hall.

The Hub will feature Grab & Go Food throughout expo hall hours rather than a set meal time. This has proven to be a popular innovation at the previous two Annual Meetings, allowing attendees to fit meals into their schedules rather than the other way around.

Throughout the Hub, you will find touchscreen kiosks to help you find your way to breakout sessions, learning labs, and guest services. Charging stations and hand sanitizer stations will be available there along with a daily boba tea and coffee cart, and wi-fi will be available throughout the convention center.
