For instance, it is easier to find your files by searching our computer system. Moreover, the files can be kept for a longer time, so we need not be worried that they will be lost. Furthermore, because we live in the era where we can connect each other via the Internet, using attached files via email is one of the best ways to cooperate with other people worldwide. At Boonma’s headquarter in Bangkok, we have a smart photocopier that has the ability to scan paperwork into electronic files by email. In addition to reducing the time we spend working, it can also effectively reduce the amount of paper waste.

Boonma has applied other technologies to increase efficiency through digitalization. For example, in our financial department, we use a MAC-5 Enterprise program, which is a Thai financial program. This program is very comprehensive and constructive, with a competency to handle all kinds of financial documents electronically. Thus, if you need to create advanced financial documents, we simply fill in its details (i.e. full name, amount of required money, and financial purpose) in the program.
