Andrew continues, “This is something Alfa has developed significantly over our 28 years in the industry. We look at a range of key factors, including the value of partnership, the significance of personal relationships, association memberships, compliance, and partner engagement.”
Being able to trust that partners properly handle the household goods of valued customers is one of the most crucial factors in the moving process. He highlights that building loyalty while providing security for the customers and accounts during their moving journey is what it’s all about.
Alfa’s focus is not only on finding partners who meet basic requirements but also actively seeking collaborative partnerships. Alfa values personal relationships, which prove advantageous in handling escalations effectively and fostering good service delivery. Quality and service are prioritized, reinforcing the importance of reciprocity within the partnership dynamic.

These memberships serve not only as benchmarks for potential partners but also ensure that our contractual service agreements are met, thereby ensuring that Alfa collaborates with reputable entities. When considering new partners, we first evaluate those within these groups and existing partners with whom we have a long-established relationship,” says Andrew.
