The famous Marriott Marquis Hotel is a New York City landmark located directly on Times Square. Known for its beautiful atrium, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the hotel features multiple dining options, including the revolving restaurant The View. Its central location makes it ideal for exploring Broadway theaters, famous attractions, and New York’s vibrant nightlife. This year’s conference hotel blends comfort, convenience, and iconic New York energy, perfect for a four-day meeting in one of the world’s most exciting urban destinations.

The Expo Hall will be located on the 5th Floor of the conference center and has been expanded to include both the ballroom and the foyer, allowing us to use that whole floor for expo space, including two Meeting Points (A and B)—see the map for which companies are exhibiting and where. Food and beverages will be available all day during Expo Hall hours, and this year we are hosting the Opening reception there.

IAMTrusted will have a booth near the escalators. This year, 356 IAM Members have voluntarily affirmed their commitment to the IAM Code of Ethics and the IAMTrusted Company (ITC) Agreement—demonstrating a shared dedication to professionalism, transparency, and timely communication in their intercompany relationships.

What we’ve learned is that this initiative isn’t about chasing numbers. It’s about deepening the value of that commitment—ensuring every ITMC understands the role they play in raising the bar for the entire industry. Our mission now is to celebrate these pioneers and support them in telling the story of how this meaningful distinction not only enhances their business reputation but elevates the industry as a whole. It’s a big task—and we can only achieve it by working together.
