One of the nominees below will be presented with the Rising Star Award during the Closing Celebration.

Mona Gulati

And in an industry that often resists change, he leads with innovation, transparency, and integrity. Fábio mentors his team, supports his peers, and constantly pushes for better, both for his company and for our industry. He’s the kind of leader you want representing our community.

In his words: Being nominated really means a lot to me, because very often we think all our hard work and dedication is invisible, and it’s great to actually have it recognized. I think my biggest qualifications are definitely discipline and focus, because it’s easy to lose track in the chaos of life happening. But being true to oneself and respectful with the ones around, having a clear goal in your mind, like a light to follow in a dark tunnel, is definitely the best trait. This nomination has reminded me that what I do matters, not only to me, but to others, and has ignited my flame even more to doing better, to be being better, and to give others what was never given to me.

Giancarlos Mari

Christina brings full commitment to every project, always putting the industry first. She’s the kind of YP we all look up to.
