Beginning as a branch manager of Conroy Removals’ largest and most complex locations, he introduced new ideas that transformed operations, including an industry-leading sustainability initiative that recycled removal wrap into reusable fence posts, a project since replicated by competitors. Promoted to International Manager, he unified a siloed team into a cohesive, high-performing group that consistently exceeds targets and elevates morale. His strategic focus on the corporate market has strengthened service delivery, built new partnerships, and guided the team to greater confidence and success. Since joining Tri Star Freight System Inc. in 2020, Corey has advanced from import operations to Fleet Manager, General Manager, and now CEO, demonstrating persistence, innovation, and a deep commitment to growth at every step. As CEO, he successfully launched a new terminal in Norfolk, Virginia, in just one month, securing Tri Star’s presence on the East Coast while maintaining safe operations across five existing offices. He has diversified the company’s services beyond military household goods, expanded the fleet with specialized equipment, and built a strong executive team by promoting mid-managers and fostering collaboration through weekly leadership meetings. Known for his approachable style and ability to rally teams, Corey engages directly with TSPs, customers, and employees, building trust and long-lasting relationships. Wes Stewart

Wes Stewart brings over 40 years of experience in the moving and storage industry, starting as a helper and building Stewart Moving & Storage into nine full-service locations across five states. His leadership, rooted in humility and core values of truth, honesty, integrity, diligence, and training, has earned him the respect of employees, peers, and industry leaders. Known for leading by example, Wes has transformed careers by elevating drivers from hourly workers to independent operators and consistently investing in their growth. He successfully guided his company through the bold transition away from a national van line, strengthening the business and uniting his team through change. Each year, he brings company leaders together for vision planning, fostering accountability and innovation across the organization. Beyond business, Wes supports community initiatives such as Move for Hunger and cancer care fundraising, embodying the spirit of service that defines the IAM Excellence in Leadership Award.
Tiddy S. Teerawit

Tiddy Teerawit has been nominated in recognition of his mentorship, problem-solving skills, and dedication to client trust. When a colleague joined Boonma Moving & Storage three years ago with no prior experience in the moving industry, Tiddy personally guided them through every step of the business, patiently answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring they felt supported. His calm and thoughtful leadership extends to the entire team, often taking the lead in resolving challenges and working creatively to manage even the most difficult client situations. Colleagues credit Tiddy’s leadership with creating a less stressful, more collaborative workplace. He creates a culture of open dialogue by brainstorming solutions across departments, raising service standards, and inspiring his team with encouragement and sincerity.
Luis Toledo

Since founding his company in 1983, Luis Toledo consistently demonstrated strategic foresight and a future-focused approach. He was among the first in the moving industry to embrace personal computing, internet systems, and paid digital advertising, positioning his company as a true innovator. His ability to forge and sustain long-term partnerships with organizations, ranging from the Department of Defense to Chicago Public Schools and the State of Illinois, reflects his vision and commitment to institutional trust. In times of crisis, whether diversifying during the 2007 housing collapse or pivoting operations to deliver critical PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic, he has shown resilience, adaptability, and civic responsibility. His leadership has also championed inclusion and employee development, supporting a workplace culture recognized with multiple “Best Places to Work” honors.
