Grace Relocations was established in 2006 at Gurgaon, India by Nikhil Arora. The company further expanded in 2016 with the addition of new partners who brought immense depth to the Grace Management Board in terms of diversity and experience. Over the years, we have extended our services to global mobility, office relocations, build & design, logistics, corporate real estate, and information management.

Our Motto is Customer First; by working on this principle at all times, we are able to maintain our clients and are also increase our business from year to year. Grace believes in maintaining continuity and consistency with a professional approach to all our clients and agents. We ensure timely response, engaging with customers proactively, and personalizing the rates as per their requirement—in general, giving the customer a world-class experience.

Grace’s current employee strength is 130+ and growing. We identify the right resource at the right place, which not only helps us create a better experience for the client but also helps internally in building good teams. We are a service industry, and employees are our biggest assets. We take all efforts required for retaining our employees and also in developing them for bigger and better roles in our growth journey. We believe that it is well worth putting in time and effort because quality employee engagement is the key to better business results!

We cater to all industries and sectors, government and corporate, taking care of all kinds of household moves and associated requirements. India right now is one of the biggest economies in the world, and it’s growing at a fast pace. The Indian population is known for its dominance in software, health, finance, IT & ITES sectors, and is home to all the biggest corporate names in the world. We not only have our own internal markets but are also catering to world markets. People in India are flexible and able to take up assignments which require them to relocate to new locations, and the market size is growing day by day with a booming economy.

We at Grace have established a footprint in relocation services over past 14 years with pan-India presence and have immensely increased our clientele, providing them with services that have earned 99.9% client satisfaction. During the tough COVID-19 period, we have assisted many corporate clients with their IT assets and migration of data centers all across India. Even in this difficult year we not only maintained our growth rate but also increased our employee strength by nearly 25%. Additionally, we supported critical sectors such as insurance, health and finance over the past year by supporting their employees’ transition to work from home by managing their IT asset and infrastructure movements.

Changes in political climate and natural disasters are things that cannot be predicted, but what's important is how quickly we adapt to changes and make decisions at the highest level. How fast we actually implement those decisions is more important. As stated above, we increased our size and footprint over the last year. Grace management believes in the principles of agility and quick decision-making, which overcomes short term challenges while keeping our long-term vision and goals intact.

Value for money is an important factor in determining consumer behavior in India. Indian consumer mentality is wanting the best at a better price. Personal communication and trust in the transaction are highly valued in the vast and diverse Indian market. Managing and overcoming these requirements is both the biggest challenge and the greatest opportunity.

Grace is growing as a company and driving towards further expansion. We are strengthening our processes, resources, and facilities to be able to offer the best possible services with affordable pricing to all our clients and agents. In the year 2020, we launched our new office at Kolkata and in 2021, we will have another addition to the list in Ahmedabad. By adding these two new locations, we will now have a total of eight locations to fully cover our pan-India operations.
