​​IAM’s 61st Annual Meeting & Expo is coming up very soon and we’re excited to meet with all of you in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We’ve made a few innovations at the Annual Meeting over the past few years as we navigated COVID and changing industry trends. This year, however, we’re turning the spotlight on some of the most foundational aspects of doing business in the moving industry: solid relationships, mutual respect, ethical standards, and the trust that we build when we focus on those concepts.

Our 2023 Annual Meeting theme, The Power of Trust, was chosen to highlight the critical importance of trust between business partners and the consistent application of business practices that build trusted relationships over time.

We are also excited to host the Annual Meeting & Expo in a brand-new city: Toronto, Ontario. This also marks our first Annual Meeting held outside the U.S. since we went to Vancouver in 2013. Toronto is a vibrant city that features world-class cuisine, shopping, art, green spaces, and much more.
